SUMMARY
Insurance is a sector ripe for disruption: new technologies are enabling faster claims, better prediction and community participation. I led an internal team through the service design process, combining user-research, new technologies and trends, and the values of ING to create Orange ‘Club’.

In Spain, they incorporated as ING Direct - a brand built on early adoption of phone and internet banking. This image, as well as the reach of ING’s international resources, placed them in a unique position to create an innovative service for the next generation of customers.
